Laughing/humor is soooo good for the brain. It is it's own antidepressant. Some very good chemicals get released and it makes the brain feel good

Does this mean you are "happy" not necessarily but in my opinion, I find it easier to laugh when I am feeling pretty good in the first place.
But...not feeling all that great lately....watched a funny movie last nite - enjoyed it! My family used humor a lot during stressful times.
