Hi Fembot, I understand how you feel. You can be trying to do something to help yourself and then thoughts of people who hurt you and sad thoughts pop in. I also often feel like people are out to get me, especially at work. It does sound like a change in medication or therapy might be helpful. You are in a good spot in that at least you are fighting the depression demon. Best of wishes to you.
