Hello dear Fembot067. Thanks for coming here and sharing your problems with us. You seem to be having a bad time of it all don't you?
I take it you don't live in the UK, as we here get booked in for therapy either once every week or every other week for as long as considered it's needed. I certainly DO UNDERSTAND how you are feeling about the fact that as soon as you do well on one thing, another crops up fast, and down you go again!!
Could you see your Psych Dr for referral for more therapy etc. You also need to address your Dr' about the medication that appears not to be helping you. Most Psych meds take a long time before they kick in, but we also need to find the med which suites YOU hunny. Don't get dispondant because I know you can be helped. As you rightly said, the way forward is to treat the ''whole'' of you, physical and mental, then you will get to feeling much better. Take care now, HUGS. XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
