Thank you for the support Waterknob - i feel like i'm helpless but at least being outdoors is pleasant at the moment because it's summer here.
Yeah I don't know what this social paranoia is, i'm sorry to hear you're going through this too, and at work of all places, i'm afraid it will never go, it is even with people I don't even know in the street, and swimming is not so bad because I can swim away!
Waiting for therapy makes the issue worse, and I don't feel like SSRI'S are working for me. They just don't take anything away.

Good luck with your issues too, are you seeing a good T? How can I find one who actually cares?
