Yeah, I've had times when it felt like my anxiety was so bad it was going to break me but then I'd go on auto-pilot and sorta detach from my emotions. I think it helped me survive and make it through life without breaking. Yeah the emotions came back and the anxiety came back but at least then I had the break that I needed be able to deal with them.
But, hey, maybe you had some type of internal change and your anxiety won't come back! Maybe whatever triggered it in the first place has resolved itself....that'd be awesome!
