Canadian here -
I'm very polite.
I apologize for almost everything, "Sorry" is kind of a social convention to be randomly inserted into every sentence.
I do say "Zed" instead of "Z"
I like beer - but don't drink anymore.
I hate being mistaken for an American, which happens to me a lot.
I love butter tarts and smarties.
I don't understand the fuss Americans make about abortion and gay marriage = in general I don't understand US politics.
I'm fanatical about preserving public health care.
Stereotypes I don't fit.
I don't say "Eh" at the end of every sentence.
I don't have a cottage or a canoe
I don't like hockey
But really we're sort of like the US in that we have all sorts of regional stereotypes on top of the national ones.
