Today I was off from work and he kept coming on my mind. I was wondering how he was doing at work since he was working with other coworkers.

I know since he has been there for a month that the other coworkers don't like him, don't like his performance, don't like that he can't work by himself.

I believe in giving a fair chance. Some people learn slower then others. We usually give 2 weeks training. I gave him a month. After next week this will be out of my hands as I am changing department. He will deal with people who has way less patience then me. I kind of pity him because some of my coworkers are rude.

I think I did the best I could. I hope he can do it on his own.
