Hi Everyone;
i've been very concerned with my eating habits lately and have found myself constantly overeating. As soon as i eat something or i know that i'm going to have food soon my mood seems to be lifting abit. I'm going to try really hard controlling that now and i've also taken a big step for me, i'm going to start gym tomorrow. I'm just hoping that i keep up with the exercising as i lose hope/interest quickly but i really want to push this one through and start feeling good about my body. Just for myeslf and no one else.
