Setting up camp, yesterday A bunggie Cord on my horse snapped and almost got my right eye. It left a cut on my nose. I was very lucky! Thunder Spirits was close when I was driving on i40. I felt pains and aches from setting up and taking down camps. I Felt like an Advil addict.

Last week I camped at Spirit Mountain NV in 100 degree heat for 4 days. It was a wonderful kind of Vision Quest for me dispite the Heat. A yellow Tanager flew into my Tent and visited my alter, eagle feathers and other sacred objects. It landed on them, then flew out of my tent. The spirits there paid me a wonderful visit!

Life can be full of Pain and Hurts, but if one lets beauty in to their Hearts, you will experience Power. After I set up my latest camp here at the Grand Canyon in the Kibab National Forest, A big male Elk, entered my camp. Just 8ft from where I was sitting.
