Hey, I'm here because I need to talk to someone who doesn't really know me, if that makes sense.
I'm in high school, and last year I had tons and tons of anxiety attacks in school, solely from being IN school. I'm getting better with handling that much, but not completely. I'm preparing myself for the next school year.
Meanwhile, my mom is having a new baby two days before I go back to school. The idea of a new baby stresses me out--I've never had siblings before.
I can get through going back to school, and I can get through having a new baby, but both together I'm scared is going to overload me when August comes. Anyone know how I can cope and just take a breather? I'm making these things bigger than they should be...

(I might've posted this in the wrong forum--forgive me!!)
