It isn't easy for me either. My problem is that I think about how I'm going to dread about my day at work and think negative before I even get out of bed. I try not to think too much and get up, make my coffee, have breakfast. I'm still working on it. I sometimes think what I'm going to do after work, shop, hang out with friend
