If nothing else the next time you feel suicidal take yourself to ER and tell them how you feel. Tell them you feel like killing yourself and if you have a plan tell them about it. Now they will admit you and they will also contact your parents at least in the states they would. Now if your laws are anything like ours they will try to find a mental health facility to put you in. Now here if a minor is admitted under these reasons your parents cannot take you out cause if you did kill yourself the hospital could be liable for your death. This sounds like going to extremes but if it helps get you treatment then it will be worth it. Good luck and stay strong.
