I was in a partial hospitalization program a few months back, which seems similar to what you're describing. I had a primary therapist there, and a psychiatrist I met with every couple days. There were a lot of groups that covered everything from general discussion, to meds, to CBT, and little DBT, and stress reduction techniques such as mindfullness and meditation. I found it to be quite helpful in both adjusting my meds and developing coping techniques.
