You neglect yourself if you allow others to walk all over you an ignore/exclude you. You have to show that you value and care about yourself. By changing how you view/feel about yourself, being more in harmony with whole self, accepting weaknesses, things you can 't control or change, and accepting respecting others as they are, you can have a better life. No one's perfect remember. We are all human and make mistakes and have faults. Its a waste of time and energy worrying about what others things of us, comparing self to others, criticising others, dwelling on negative things
