Thank you for all of your posts. Struggle with my emotions anxiety and panic attacks on a daily basis. Wish i was able to work but think im too unstable. Would love to have a normal life. A have my daughter for the hols which is great but it means i have ti face my fears and awquardness of leaving my flat and being around people. Because of the way i am its hard to have many friend ships so its really comforting to have people to talk to on here espesially others who know what it is like. Thank you everyone. Its nice to come on here and find a caring reply hope i can do the same for others on here too x
