As a pharmacist I can say that if any pharmacist says that they have never made a mistake in filling a prescription they are either lying, or it is their first day. Most pharmacists adopt a triple check system when filling a prescription catches most of these mistakes, but occasionally they will slip by. If your medication looks different, always check with the pharmacist to make sure that a mistake wasn't made.

Also, I would not buy medication on-line without getting a prescription from a doctor who actually sees you. You need someone who can follow your progress and adjust dosages as necessary. One cannot be totally objective when self-prescribing, you need to be monitored, even if you have been taking the same medication for years.
