inny i have arachnaphobia quite bad to the extent that if i see one in my bedroom i will sleep downstairs, i think it is quite common. i freeze and back out of the room, well you can imagine how many we get in a 300 year old cottage!! i had to go fetch a neighbour once to get rid of the one in my lounge. it was so huge it had boots on and you could see it breathing (shuddering)
i will never sleep if i know one is lurking you are not on your own.sometimes through lack of sleep i see them running up walls, big spiders, but i know they are hallucinations.
