Got to work later then what I planned and the downward spiral started right there. Wasn't able to concentrate on anything headaches and nausa prevailed and barely accomplished anything......Need I say more.....feeling of quiting life is just getting stronger. I have felt like this before but at that point I was in school so I had some authority on me and more structure.
