Well said. Of course, take comfort that she isn't a 'classic narc' or even a 'well versed in waiting to be a wannabe narc' .... She's just a dullard with an empty plate and no one to fill it.
If this is to be the Titanic, one hopes she decides to be a good little rat and scurry away quickly. We can muddle along quite successfully without her direction....if that is, in fact, what she calls it.
For myself, I call it arrogance buffered by insecurity. In any case, it's remarkably boring.
