Hi Mouse. You are not alone. Sometimes I have dreams about sex that is "wrong" and sometimes I dream that I do enjoy it. Durring my abuse--when I was older and started having sexual urges--I did start to physically react to the abuse--sometimes liking parts of it although I knew it was worng (yuck). I think that is what causes my dreams. For awhile I felt guilty about enjoying parts of the abuse---that just felt so sickening...but, my T told me it is common for the body to react like that, depending on the situation. I had a tough time getting over that part of the abuse...it made me feel like I was partially responsible for it. That is NOT true. I am not saying this is what is causing your dreams---it is just what I experienced---everybody's story is different.
