The problem with cluster B's and most PD's really is that there tends to be a very fine line between them.

The vast majority of them share traits and cross over in so many places that you may as well just diagnose someone by cluster.

Actually on my last referral the diagnosis was written as cluster B disorder with NPD traits.

Apparently full blown BPD is nowhere near as important as having some narcissistic traits.
