Please get her out of there immediately! She needs to know you will move heaven and earth to protect her. Go there now! Get a hotel or stay with family or friends if you have to. Pick her up, tell you ex you missed her or something if you have to. Definitely call a lawyer, call cps etc but don't wait for people to "call you back", don't accept anything other than yes we are getting her out now!
