No, I don't exactly count them, I sort of estimate how much my intake is. I guess I should be more observant of that and how much fat I eat. Something tells me I'm going to have to cut down on some of my favorite snacks. Nuts. I'm also really into flavored rice right now. Got a rice cooker and everything. A serving of rice has over 100 calories. That surprised me, I mean, there's nothing to rice-it seems like it would be like 25 calories per serving. Oh well.
Grrrrr, gotta start counting calorie and fat intake.
