160 cm is just a hair under 5 foot 3 inches.
The answer to your question depends on several things. How old are you? And what is your genetic potential?
If you are under the age of 14 or 15 years, you can visit a medical specialist (often an endocrinologist) who can test to see if you can still grow and if medical assistance could help you.
I have a family member who was 137 cm at age 14. (about 4'6") The endocrinologist found that he lacked certain hormones in his body and when these were supplied, he grew another 36 cm. (around 14.5 inches)
The doctor said that if we'd waited another month to bring him in for medical help, it would have been too late because certain bones and joint capsules would have fused (a normal process of maturity) and no more growth would have been possible.
If you have reached a certain level of physical and sexual maturity, there is nothing that can be done to help you grow taller. All you can do is to accept yourself as a fully capable human being who just happens to be shorter than average.
My grandfather was 157 cm and he led a fully successful life as a husband, father and businessman. If you are too old to grow further, please accept yourself as you are, do what you can to gain confidence and, soon, the teasing from others will no longer bother you and it will probably stop as you exude self-confidence and vitality. Best wishes to you.
