GABA can gate the unconscious. Youbcan buy it at health food stores. If you supplement definitely read Billie Jay Sahleys little books about her pain and trauma research and update this information with review of what's online. Or increase GABA with an hour of yoga a day.

As the body is relieved of stress, and normalises, you may become trusting enough for therapy. Therapy may help.
