I took me forever to fall asleep last night but when I finally did I think a got enough sleep (probably around 6 hours or so) that I can at least function today. I think that if I get only a little bit of sleep (4 hours or less) than I think that I function worse than if I didn't get any sleep at all. Although I can still feel that I didn't get a full night sleep last night.
