I started a job about two months ago after having been out of work for a longtime by a manager who severly bullied me which took a tremedous toll on my health. The last manager got me suspended with pay after lying to say i have tried to put the company into disreupt. They carried out investigations and saw that she had lied and begged me to return . but by then , my health had taken such a beating , i had to refuse to return.

I loved that job so much that i never thought i would ever get a job that i truly loved again until a month ago ..Shortly after , a woman that had trained with me was to be my manager. At first she was ok, seemed to be down to earth, but quickly changed . These where examples of the things of what happened

1.
A colleague who had been knocked to being the sexist, racist and homophobic person in the group approached me with some information we needed from our client in order to pursue a case, but he decided to withheld the reference from me so he would be awarded with the case.I asked if he had the reference , he said he didn’t , but said I had worked on it. So how did he know i had worked on it if he didnt have privy to the file? ..At the time A call had come through , I thanked him and said I will deal with it. All of a sudden from no where , the paper was grabbed from me by my manager. After the call I explained a client had called through and she turned to me and said she wanted it done now . I told her my colleague hadn’t given me the reference. So how she managed to just deal with it

Inicident 2. I was not made aware of any changes, One day another colleague was told that we no longer needed to constantly write to the clients workplace if we have the details , it can be just completed. She hadn’t made me aware of this and when my colleague revealed it she turned and said she was going to send a circulated Email, which she did not

3.She deliberately placed me to sit next to the hompobic , racist guy to that she can bait him to bully me

4. She would have me loose out of my sales targets

5. I had been told i was the team champion, she never told anyone or gave me recognition for it

5, She would sit behind me and watch what i do

A colleague and I was having a chat and he mentioned a Nickname I had been called and we was debating whether I said I didn’t like to be called that and I said I would not have said “ Don’t call me that” and said I will more tend to ingore people who behave childishly and thinks it is fun to bully or make anyone feeling comfortable and went onto say that “ This is how it is “ or something of that nature. the manager had been speaking to another colleague about something and then suddenly looked up at me and said in a antagonistic manner “ That is how who is?” . I was taken aback by that not for the fact it was uncalled for but the fact it wasn’t about her and the rudeness of that interruption. I turned to her and said equally.” I wasn’t taking to you , I was talking to a colleague”. She turned to me and said “ Do not talk to me like that”. For that I replied . “ I was not talking about you , so I do not understand why you feel you can just be rude”. She then called my colleague into the board room. My manager has been constantly having endless banter and overt the top inappropriate lengthy conversations , but yet when I speak with someone , I am pulled up.

6. I came into work ,and my computer and spaced had been moved , but my computer was locked into another agents name . It was the start of my shift and I was not happy with the fact I was unable to log on. She turned to me and said , it is no big deal . I felt it was because there is nothing worst than not about to not have your work station not set up for ones use after a desk swap. I was bought into the board room and made her aware of the fact that when the homophic boy constantly takes liberties he isn’t pulled up but yet mother cuddled , she immediately stated” Well lets go see HR”. When she went back to her desk, moments later I asked when she is ready I will accompany her to HR , to which she tried to make out like I was the one insisting to see HR..

Sick of this and knowing the signs i went to HR and asked for a transfer who did the usual " turn the tables" tactic that they do. They refused to transfer me and advised to give it two weeks.. Two weeks on and it is getting worst. I am an overachiever and have brought in incredible results , but i am concerned that this is going to be a repeat of what happened to me - not once, but twice before. I do not know why i am constantly bullied by female managers. I always do my best in all what i do

Other things she does is 0When I report things that need to be to make my working day better, she doesnt do them and also My details was used my someone else- emails also which was sent and not signed by the agent . When I spoke to her , she trivalised it

I dont know what to do because i cant resigned as it is so hard to get that role again and plus i dont want to be constantly running, HR are no help- they are simply turning a blind eye and just want to see me deliever, but dont care what goes on..I have only been there 2 months and i just feel if it has got to this level no, i have no future with the company because she is constantly trying to get me sacked . Please advise?
