I've been waiting since the beginning of May for my unemployment claim to be approved/ denied. They have until 7/30 @ which time they HAVE to answer. I got an email from them asking me to call as they needed more information, I called, and of course it went straight to voicemail. Left message and emailed back, they just emailed me and said that the website is down. I think the whole thing was a ploy! The email stated that if I didn't call by 7/29 it would negatively impact my claim, I think that was the hope. That I wouldn't return a message so they could deny me! I mean, why wouldn't they just call me? Also, there is a spot on my claim online to request information from me, why didn't they request whatever information needed there? I'm so I'm sick of it!
