Coping with emotions can take more than just taking a pill. Getting adequate but not too much sleep, eating healthy foods on a regular basis, exercising regularly, and creating a nurturing environment.
Sometimes medicine starts working but something else may need to be added to the mix.
Sometimes we need to do more things that help us get out of the dark place.
