Hi Avatar10.........It helps but be careful about taking it for too long of a time period, as it can become addictive........and, also, I find it can make my depression worse. I only really use it when my anxiety is so high that I'm in panic-attack/self injury status. I really try to use it at the most two times a week. I haven't really found anything that will bring my anxiety down, but not make my depression worse, but then again I'm kind of fearful of trying new drugs.
