Since becoming mentally ill, I have learned to beware of brown envelopes as they can change your life for better or for worse.
Today was no exception, I opened the dreaded letter to find that I am not deemed fit to drive.
This comes as no surprise although I still think I am fit to drive. I have contact with mental health services and they have humoured me. Dont they realise I know they were doing this?
I have been driving since the age of 17yrs and had a no claims re the insurance.
It was a 5 page letter and page 4 of 5 was missing which sets out the reasons as to why you cannot drive.
I dont know what to feel. I cannot be angry with the mental health professionals as they were doing what they thought was best. It still makes me angry though.
Is there anyonelse who is unable to drive because the mental health professionals have decided this to be so?
Best wishes, W8
