A lot of what I post on here is copied and pasted and goes directly into my journal that I keep on the computer. (I keep a handwritten journal and a computer based journal, depending on where I am when I feel like journaling). I usually print out what I have journaled for the week and bring it to my sessions. So sometimes I am either reading/referencing things that I have posted on here because they go straight into my journal. I don't really think it matters whether or not I am posting on PC or not-- I'm still arriving at the insights, so the result is what's important. And if PC helps me to get there, then that's great. But I still don't tell him!
