Do you see a therapist? There is a lot that you can do to deal with panic attacks besides medication. And seeing a therapist would also help with continuity too. I worry about lack of continuity because the therapeutic relationship is so important in overcoming mental illness, and I do sympathize with you. Do you know the supervisor over these new docs? If you could ask to meet him or her, even just to say hello when passing in the hall sometimes and know that there is someone who follows your case even if not the one directly providing treatment, do you think that would help?
