I agree that it sounds like you need to find another job. I may be reading between the lines too much, but this company sounds sort of shady. I have heard of companies that allow certain employees to steal other employees clients and commission. There's nothing to do but leave in those cases if complaining does not get you anywhere. I hope you find something better with nicer people.
