Hello you lovely people
I had what we could call a 'bad night' last night. I went through a depressive episode, which resulted in night terrors, violent shaking and this tidal wave of hopelessness that drowned me in sleeplessness and cigarettes. I usually deal with these nights quite well, but Im loosing my touch :P
I was just wondering if others out there who have similar experiences had any tips and hints (hahha.. wow) for surviving these times, both for me and anyone else going through this. Im planning on building myself a little survival kit, so that next time, Ill handle things better
