Hello, funny I had a bad one a week ago. Hadn't happened in a while. I can echo little lulus points; I get up and drink hot chocolate, then look for something to get my mind off the episode. I do some deep breaths, exhale anxiety. And I know it's going to pass.
I'm still tweaking what works for me to shake it off, I'm reading a book that's quite interesting so that worked. I like your general attitude and having a survival kit, sometimes I just got pissed at my depression and think "I'm gonna kick this MFs ***". And sometimes that pushed it off for quite a while.
