I couldn't say, I mean if you only ate a little bit today, I doubt that qualifies as an eating disorder there is lots of days I don't even eat that much and I have no eating disorder. However I don't see how starving ones-self would relieve depression and anxiety....if anything its more likely to add to it since malnutrition can make you more irritable, lethargic essentially gives your brain even less to work with than the depression robs it of.....if that makes sense.
I mean you may want to talk to a therapist and get help with that if you are actually becoming convinced starving yourself will relieve anxiety and depression and are planning to essentially stop eating....since that would be very dangerous for your health. Not sure if that is technically an eating disorder or not though.
