I always keep track of when the Lancome, Estee Lauder, and Clinique free-sample-pack-with-purchase promos are going on. Lancome's Biofacil eye makeup remover is my favourite. They always include it in the sample pack and one little bottle lasts me all year.

I have tried a lot of anti-wrinkle eye creams (and I don't have wrinkles yet; don't know if that's just a coincidence). My favourite actually turns out to be very cheap. I got it at Christmas as a stocking stuffer a couple of years ago. It's Pond's Age-Defying Eye Cream. It's the only one that never irritates my eyes.

I find Lancome REALLY good in their promos and I buy enough to get quite a few freebies heh. I love the small sizes to take away on work trips etc. So convenient ...
