Yeah, I'd tell her about it. Explain you understand she's saying it in humor and doesn't mean to hurt you, but it does. Try to tell her what it's like from your point of view. Then tell her you appreciate that she's close enough to make jokes with you, just to not make that one. Then give her a hug.
