Hello all,
Lately I've had a hard time dealing with obsessive thoughts. My anxious thoughts just keep repeating themselves over and over again until it gets out of control! I've talked to my therapist and she noticed that I have the habit of "thought-stopping" whenever I feel it getting out of control. But lately, that hasn't been working. I just need to get these thoughts under control.
Anyone have any advice?
