I am sorry that you are having such a hard time showing emotions in your life. A therapist can help you to learn to show emotions without feeling threatened. Also journaling your feelings and volunteering are two good things to do if you feel like you need to learn to express yourself more openly. Volunteermatch is a good site to check out if you are wanting to volunteer somewhere.
