Skitz yes I totally agree. Well like I wrote in some of my previous threads I think that taking birth control pills might ease PMS cus hormones wouldn't be jumping around like crazy.

asfor menopause you are right. hormones are changing again...maybe some AD might help. pdoc said that during period woman do use AD's to help them with swings etc.. the main problem in my case is anxiety. that is worse during period. swings are...well they are present but not so severe?

i went to pick up another "box" of Abilify and woooaaaa it's so expensive! in one month it got more expensive. i am just happy we have social health system cus otherwise i have no idea how i'd be able to afford it.
