Sometimes when people are depressed they lose their appetite or desire to eat. You could check with your doctor if you're concerned but I'd think that unless you're doing starving every day and losing a lot of weight it's not a big deal. Exercise is recommended for relieving anxiety so I doubt that's a problem at all
