hey OP, hey guys you are not alone I feel the same way sometimes. I feel I don't want to get out off bed, feel like sleeping, tossing can't concentrate on sleeping, ect...these are all symptoms of depression obviously. I have learned to conditioned my brain on how to react in situations like these. I try to cheat my self that instead of going through this down state, I'm actually in fact just having a headache, a bad stomach digestion or some other non-depressive related reaction and I get myself up, and go do an activity even though I don't feel like doing it.

Like right now for instance I'm at barnes&noble with my 7yrs old kid enjoying with him and at the same time venting my mind. All these things help. I'm very tired being at work for 8hrs like everybody else, the alternative is to stay at home, lay down and do nothing considered non-productive.

please hang in there and make such efforts to go out for a jogging or bike ride trip or just go to a nearby starbucks or b&n and little by little try doing such activities more often.
