Are you on meds that cause loss of appetite?

I have been overweight my entire life. Comfort food to cure any bad feeling. I have never been one to lose my appetite.

Do you feel it is disordered? You're the best judge of that. Are you controlling what you eat and how hard you work out because other things in your life are out of your control?
