- I eat a balanced diet with plenty of fruit and veges in it, along with fish oil.
- I try and get good exercise more than a few times a week.
- To be honest anti-psychotics have been helping a lot
- I try not to allow myself attend super stressful situations.
- Talking with people (like all of you guys) helps me a lot.
- I get as much sleep as I can
