Well fortunately or unfortunately...depending on how you look at it I am a star cryer. Sometimes I can not believe there can be so many in a person. I hit a low last week and over the weekend I watched many movies that I ran across on TV and boohoooed at an amazing rate. One after another as I was on the computer here and other places. Might that help?

How did you feel when you were writing and found yourself tearing up? Did you feel guilty or sad or happy ... that you were finally emoting? Sometimes we tell ourselves or our memories, parents, etc.... tell us not to cry. If you feel guilt... please allow yourself to release your guilt in crying. I may be way off and if I am ... excuse me. It is o.k. to feel your emotions and it is o.k. to cry and you can even feel joy at being able to release. You are allowed.
I also wonder what you might do to facilitate your tears... Sad music or memorable music, art exploration by looking at art or creating your own... continuing to think of stuff. good luck.
