I usually just take some things I'm working on and make an optimistic prediction. From what I understand it's about gaging how motivated you are to do more than the absolute minimum. If I'm writing a lot of short fiction, I might say that I'm hoping I'll have some of it published and be able to make a little income on the side. If I'm a student, I'll say I'm looking forward to graduating and looking for work in my field.
