one of the best ways is VIGOROUS exercise. No less than 20 minutes of a good, hard workout.

If you do not have that time..... then (literally) submerge your face and forehead is very cold water...... hold it there for awhile. Up for air and repeat several times.

Ice in your palms is supposed to help (but I have never tried that one).
