Back in March I went through a period where I felt extremely fatigued and began noticing bruises on my body. I went to the doctor and cbc was normal. Got sick with some type of respiratory illness at the end of April. Went to the hospital in May because I felt extremely weak. (This illness had given me a fever). Guess what? Nothing they could do because cbc was normal.
I tried to put it out of my mind but then I kept losing weight. I am now 5'0 and 86 lbs. My pdoc was convinced I have an eating disorder which I absolutely do not. This is one of the things about having a mental illness that ticks me off, every problem I have, some mental thing is considered. This is why I'm reluctant to seek help now.
In short, I bruise when something touches me (bracelets have bruised me)I get an outbreak of petechiae on most impacts and I find bruises and have no idea where they came from. Ihave alternating constipation and diarrhea. My energy is not bad overall but it is increasingly harder to get up in the morning and I do go through small periods of weakness. Some headaches as well
Every time I google my symptoms, leukemia pops up. I have tried to convince myself otherwise because my cbc is normal and I look stupid going to doctor again. My symptoms won't go away so I want to find an answer especially since I keep losing weight. Have you heard of aleukemia or having leukemia with a normal cbc? Any advice on what I can do or if this is likely much appreciated
